How to delete cookies (cookies) from the browser

This way you can delete cookies and change settings in your browser so cookies are not saved

Google Chrome

To delete cookies:

  1. Click “Settings”.
  2. Select “Log”.
  3. Click the “Delete Browser Data” button.
  4. In the dialog box, select the information types you want to remove, for example. “Delete cookies and other site modular data”.
  5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data you want to delete. Select “times tomorrow” to delete everything.
  6. Click the “Delete Log” button.

To prevent cookies from being stored in the browser:

  1. Click “Settings”.
  2. At the bottom of the page, click on “Show advanced settings.”
  3. Click the “Content Settings” button under “Privacy.”
  4. Select the desired option under “Cookies.”
  5. Click the “Done” button.

Internet Explorer 9.x and 10.x

To delete cookies:

  1. Click the tool button (the icon that looks like a gear). If you do not see the menu, press the Alt key on the keyboard to display the menus.
  2. Select “Security,” then “Clear browsing history” in the menu.
  3. Uncheck “Keep Website / Site Favorites in Favorites” and “Cookies (and Site Data)”.
  4. Click “Delete”.

To prevent cookies from being stored in the browser:

  1. Click the tool button (the icon that looks like a gear). If you do not see the menu, press the Alt key on the keyboard to display the menus.
  2. Select “Internet Options”.
  3. Select the “Privacy” tab.
  4. Click the “Advanced” button.
  5. Select “Override automatic cookie management” and select the appropriate setting.

Internet Explorer 8.x

To delete cookies:

  1. Click “Security.” If you do not see the menu, press the Alt key on the keyboard to display the menus.
  2. Select “Delete Reader History.”
  3. Uncheck “Keep Website / Site Favorites in Favorites” and “Cookies (and Site Data)”.
  4. Click “Delete”.

To prevent cookies from being stored in the browser:

  1. Click on “Tools.” If you do not see the menu, press the Alt key on the keyboard to display the menus.
  2. Select “Internet Options”.
  3. Select the “Privacy” tab.
  4. Click the “Advanced” button.
  5. Select “Override automatic cookie management” and select the appropriate setting.

Mozilla Firefox

To delete cookies:

  1. Click the Firefox menu.
  2. Select “Settings”, then “Settings” in the menu.
  3. Click “Privacy.”
  4. Select “Use your own settings for history” from the drop-down menu under “History.”
  5. Click “Show Captions”.
  6. Touch “Delete all cookies”.

To prevent cookies from being stored in the browser:

  1. Click the Firefox menu.
  2. Select “Settings”, then “Settings” in the menu.
  3. Click “Privacy.”
  4. Select “Use your own settings for history” from the drop-down menu under “History.” Uncheck “Allow Infocapsules.”

Safari

To delete cookies:

  1. Click on “Safari” in the main menu.
  2. Select “Reset Safari.”
  3. Select “Remove all site data”.
  4. Click the “Reset” button.

To prevent cookies from being stored in the browser:

  1. Click on “Safari” in the main menu.
  2. Select “Options”.
  3. Select “Privacy”.
  4. Select the desired option under “Block Cookies.”

Opera

To delete cookies:

  1. Click on “Opera” in the main menu.
  2. Select “Settings”, then “Delete private data” from the menu.
  3. Check the box next to “Clear All Cookies” or touch the “Manage Codes” button and delete the ones you want.

To prevent cookies from being stored in the browser:

  1. Click on “Opera” in the main menu.
  2. Select “Settings”, then “Settings” in the menu.
  3. Select the “Advanced” tab.
  4. Select “Captions” in the left menu.
  5. Select the appropriate one and press «OK».
